𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐫 – Leadership is a Lonely Experience but a part and parcel of life. Sometimes you have to make harsh and unpopular decisions and stand-alone with them. If students make wrong choices they should be held accountable in a consistent and clear manner.

Being Humble, having self-confidence, solving peer problems, staying positive and motivated while dealing with stress and anxiety are some of the issues they deal with in their day-to-day life. Life is not a cakewalk or a bed of roses – It keeps you on your toes. She says courage and conviction to believe that I can make a difference can create a sustainable impact in multiple ways.
