With a marvelous 20 years of experience, Rabiah has worked as a skills trainer, a mentor, a coach, an advisor, a recruiter, and a lot more.
She highlights the importance of personal branding which is essential along with all the other skills one has. That is how she got into entrepreneurship. Working in the corporate sector for about 13 years she realized that she wasn’t happy and decided to change her life and joined the education sector.
Empowering people and inspiring people to improve their lives has been her key to happiness and that is the motto of her start-up. Her desire to be an inspiration and role model for her kids led her to keep going on and never give up.
Her goal is to collaborate with the schools and colleges and corporate sectors so that she can connect the recruiters with the students online. She wants to change the system of recruitment and move it online.
She aspires to help people become leaders so that they can help more students, teachers, recruiters, and all the people at the end.
Learning is a collaborative effort and togetherness is her motto. Her opinion on the NEP suggests that practical experience is an important part of learning and encouraging creativity. She suggests people have multiple plans and work on creating a good social network by sharing their creativity online.
