Beat The Outmoded Education System With Vocational Learning

Beat The Outmoded Education System With Vocational Learning

We have all grown up learning ‘A’ SE ANAAR AND ‘AA’ SE AAM. It was recited in chorus and somehow, we still remember it all. In the same manner, we committed to memorizing multiplication tables. Our ability to learn and recall the study material was impeccable. Vocational education was not even invented in India.

But now, In the year 2022, the world is not what it used to be. Rapid strides have been made in all spheres of life. We are now living in a Digital Decade.  But our current curriculum and educational framework are not keeping pace with the advances made.

The curriculum in Indian schools and colleges seems to have been prepared decades ago. Cobwebs have settled around the syllabi which are used again and again or rather ‘Recycled’…!!

So, our education system and the way of imparting knowledge and enhancing skills should have been revamped and revised in tune with the changing trend and ideologies. It should have been progressive in nature, particularly in colleges and institutes providing professional degrees.

So, the real question here is, how can we overcome this shortcoming?

The answer is to simply adopt new and improved methods of learning that promise a better future. Everyone must take the plunge into new methods of learning. The ship is safest when it’s in port, but that’s not what ships were built for. They have to go on the high seas, change course and deliver whatever they are meant to deliver.

So, you must ensure the use of new innovations and vocational learning especially keeping in mind the urgency for the same after the pandemic!! Vocational learning is simply a curriculum that trains you to be better professionals with noteworthy and best outcomes.

Vocational learning boosts confidence, boosts employability, and enhances professional development in this dynamic and demanding era that too with certificates from the institutions or the professionals which goes a long way.
