Day 2 Module 2
Customer Relationship, Customer retention, Work of Field sales & Beck office sales, Identify the sales network, prepare road map, design thinking, ideas generation, writing a sales plan.
Day 3 Module 3
Preparation of ethics, rules & Regulations, methods of executing sales plan, pin up and push up team, preparing short and long term plan for each sales person, systemize the team work in specific region. & Finally Q and A
