He is currently working in AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune as Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering and has completed his P.h.D. from ICT, Mumbai.
His major struggle was shifting to English medium and learning to talk, speak and write effectively in English was hard as he had studied in a Vernacular Language Hailing from rural settings to the urban sphere, he tried his level best to adapt and match up with other learners.
Lack of other skills needed to clear entrances and to project yourself out of the crowd like extracurricular activities and interpersonal communication skills was proving to be a big hindrance for him in getting placement.
