Especially in her career, when she had to start the STEM World School, she faced challenges such as finding investors who will be open to these futurist’s ideas.
𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚: Completely flawed The system is seeking more job seekers rather than job creators. Students are asked to color the shape within the outline and not think out of the box. Degree’s has no value. It’s become common and it’s not fancy anymore. The corporate world is looking for skills and how those skills can benefit their company’s goals.
Instead of asking questions such as “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞?”, ask the students “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞?” When you ask the students the reformed questions, surely the students will have a more clear insight into the skill they need to develop. It took the Corona Virus to empower the work of an artist.
